Dr. Erica Jordan-Thomas is CEO & Founder of EJT Education Group, a 7-figure leadership development company that provides training and coaching to school and district leaders. a business development company on a mission to shift the power dynamics in education and disrupt the racial wealth gap by providing high-performing educators from marginalized backgrounds with the tools to grow a 7-figure education consulting business.
Erica’s career in education began as a high school math teacher in Charlotte, North Carolina. She went on to serve as an assistant principal and principal. Under her leadership as principal, her school grew to be ranked #2 out of 43 middle schools in the district for their growth in English language arts and #3 in the district for their growth in science.
Erica is a native of Columbus, Ohio and proud alumna of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s in Textiles and Clothing. She holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership from Relay Graduate School of Education and doctorate in education leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
